JARA Washing and Dyeing Technology Ltd (JWDTL) has been established with a view to provide Global standard Dry Process and Wet process solutions for 100% export oriented garments specially the Denim besides non denim and twill clothing, to become as one of the first choice for buyers and RMG factories by dint of our “Excellence through perfection” as our goal is so. In the process of our continuous development we are trying to implement all the suggested ILO Code of Conducts, practices or ethics including environmental and safety issues of internationally reputed and professionally certified organization with a view to having corporate governance and to meet the Compliance parameters set by various buyers and compliance regulators.

We always emphasis on giving extensive support to our buyers by working with their team neck to neck for development of any new style or samples. We firmly believe providing good sample support to buyer is the key of our development to achieve our goal.

We are a modern washing plant with 10 production wash machines along with other allied machineries established in a covered area about 15000 sft with authorized Gas RMS for boilers and dryers ovens etc., Electric sub-station of 315KVA and skill manpower.

JARA Washing and Dyeing Technology Ltd (JWDT) has one of the most modern washing plant in Bangladesh, established in Chamurkhan Bridge area, Beparipara, uttarkhan, Dhaka-1230. The washing plant is set up with the state of the art machinery not only to cater our internal requirements but also to cater the needs of outside customers. In addition, our plant has been expanded in a large scale. The washing plant has a capacity of washing 15,000 Pcs. of Denim per day.

JWDTL always cater for one stop Dry and Wet process solution with a vast ranges of all wet and dry processes. As per buyers’ requirements, denim needs washes, dyeing, blasting and what not- even throwing color on it by hands. In fact, the other name of jeans is fashion with no fixed definition. Wet washing ranges over enzyme, silicone, bleaching, stone, acid, ice, tint, dark rinsing, over-dyeing, spray dyeing, tie dye, direct dye, chemical blasting, sand blasting, and any newly required wash effects as per our buyers requirements. Touching denim with hearts, artistry and latest equipment is the secret of our dry finishes like hand brush, whisker, 3D whisker, crinkle, hem grinding, tacking, nicking, PP spray, 3D wrinkle, chevron, resin, highlighting, resin, patch grinding and curing. In any types of finishes, quality is checked in at least four steps- before production, when on production, after production and before shipment to filter the best quality jeans and ensure that nothing undesired can slip over on buyers’ hands.

Our Code of Conduct:
JARA Washing and Dyeing Technology Ltd (JWDT) strictly follows the Code of Conduct as per ILO and BSCI standard.

Multi-Cultural Environment:
We have sourced  & engaged several foreign & local  personnel  in our laundry who  have vast experience in  laundry technologies  & operation gained while working in  Spain, Italy, Germany, Egypt , India, Pakistan and many more countries & as well as in Bangladesh they train our people randomly and improving everyday.. Such variety of knowledge and expertise has transformed the company with a knowledge base & excellence of work in production & quality.

Laboratory Testing:
We have all the required scales and machines including light box for monitoring the production process regarding PH level and shed various etc.

Minimum Order Quantity:
We require 3000 pcs per shed and 12000 pcs per style. We also do less than this benchmark but it depends relations with customers

Quality Assurance Team:
We closely monitor the Quality control and completion of orders right from the sampling phase through shipping. We update the buyers on each stage of the manufacturing process. We have skilled independent quality assurance team to ensure consistent quality.
