  • Year of Registration: April 2016
  • Authorized Capital: 10.00 Crore
  • BIDA/Directorate of Textiles (DOT) Enlisted 100% Export Oriented Plant
  • Export Registration Certificate for any kind of export obtained.
  • Import Registration Certificate for import of Raw Materials.
  • ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP NO. J-15 (BCI)
  • FIRE LICENSE for Entire complex and Regular Fire-Fighting Drill.
  • INSURANCE POLICY NO FULL COVER.
  • BOILER Licensed for the Boiler Directorate.
  • ELECTRICITY SUB-STATION Registered from Bangladesh Energy Regulatory authority.
  • Industrial Gas Lines for Boiler, Dryer, Buster and Denim Oven
  • ETP Approved and Environment Clearance Certificate from DOE.

Health & Safety:

We cautiously keep watch over the personal health and safety each of the employees. We maintain the rules for personal health and safety each of our employees

Fire Equipment and Drill:

We are a licensed factory from Fire Service with all required firefighting equipment. We also perform Fire Drill is every practiced in every month in a regular basis.

Strict Quality Procedure:

  • Our main strength is “We never reluctant regarding Quality issues. We continuously monitor the quality issues encored with factory and buying house.
  • Each piece of garment is carefully quality checked before we start any dry or wet process on it.
  • When the dry process is complete, a 2nd quality check is done to filter any reject garment to enter into the wet zone
  • After wash, a final quality check is placed to ensure highest quality level.

Multi-Cultural Environment:

We have sourced  & engaged several foreign & local  personnel  in our laundry who  have vast experience in  laundry technologies  & operation gained while working in  Spain, Italy, Germany, Egypt , India, Pakistan and many more countries & as well as in Bangladesh they train our people randomly and improving everyday.. Such variety of knowledge and expertise has transformed the company with a knowledge base & excellence of work in production & quality.

Laboratory Testing:

We have all the required scales and machines including light box for monitoring the production process regarding PH level and shed various etc.

Minimum Order Quantity:

We require 3000 pcs per shed and 12000 pcs per style. We also do less than this benchmark but it depends relations with customers

Quality Assurance Team:

We closely monitor the Quality control and completion of orders right from the sampling phase through shipping. We update the buyers on each stage of the manufacturing process. We have skilled independent quality assurance team to ensure consistent quality.

Delivery and Logistic Team:

A very skill and professional set of people working day and night ensure unwashed garments is reached our factory in time and delivered in the early morning in before your finishing department is on the working-bay

Price Issue:

We always ensure right price, right quality and on time delivery. We believe in building long term valued business partnership through a Win-Win Situation.

Payment Term:

We prefer working on the basis of Director or B2B L/C from your bank. We also work on cash payment basis.

Chemical and Re-agent issues:

We never compromise with chemical standard. We 100% European imported very high standard chemicals. Our main suppliers are: GDS, Dysin and for basic Chemical international standard Asian Brands.
